Is this a do-it-yourself program?

No. An authorized, vetted attorney is part of every enrollment and is responsible for drafting your documents. NAFS is a membership association, not a form provider, and does not give legal advice.

When does the $19.99 monthly membership start?

In month four. Your enrollment already covers the first three months, so monthly billing begins after that period.

Why do I see two charges for one enrollment?

You enter your card once, but the attorney's fee is paid directly to the independent law firm and the remainder goes to NAFS. The total is still $1,599. If either charge does not complete, the other is reversed and no enrollment is created.

Who are the authorized service providers?

Independent attorneys and financial professionals, licensed in your state and vetted by the association, who serve members at plan pricing. They are not employees of NAFS.

What is the member portal?

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Contact customer service and we will process your cancellation. Documents already prepared and delivered remain yours; ongoing membership benefits end with your membership.
