They are awesome. Everything is as expected, but the one thing was they didn't tell me if I opted for a mobile notary I would have to submit the change for my deed myself. Had I known I would have went in person

My experience has been great so far. My online notary signing was a breeze and my notary was wonderful to work with. Next step is to sit with my representative and go over my trust next week. Thank you for helping me through this process.

I Called to resolve a problem with the system. Monica from customer service was super nice and listened to my situation and resolved the problem by getting the information to the correct department via email. She followed up with me via email as well. Very professionally handled by Monica.

Before I signed up I did my research and happened to read a lot of bad reviews. I considered my circumstances, considered the reviews, and considered the type of business this is and the service it offers. I signed up and the process has been flawless. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, the attention to details, and the sense of appreciation I have been graced. The contacts I have engaged with have all been kind. I couldn't be happier to have come across and chosen NAFS to handle these very important Trust and Life legal matters for me. I highly recommend them to you.

Today, I was notified the the Trust is complete. My name on it however is incorrect. When is a trust not a Trust? When it hasn’t got your name right! Not really a correct completed Trust then.Oh well..Fix it.……………….Update and my response.I got a message from Staffer Cassie saying next week they (Lawyers) will ‘get on the County Recorders to process the Trust’.-Hmmm..during my two visits to the Recorders Office they, several they folks there said there was no back log, it simply was not there. Also Cassie said that someone pointed out that the Courthouse Center was not the place to look for the Trust.Right, remember, I was there twice.I know the Recorders Office is at my County Courthouse Center. So Whoever asked Cassie to include that comment to me well, here it is..Today it seems I have to clarify WHERE I was when I found out the the Trust had never been filed..yup I didn’t use ‘recorders office’ in my initial review because it’s at the Courthouse Center.I went twice to the Recorders Office located at the County Courthouse Center (where the Recorders Office is). Is that clear enough NAFS staff. Still not filed. Several staffers and supervisors bothered to check your work and said there is no work, no backlog on there part, simply not sent in.Did I want to add that many folks there really checked your missing non existing work.. I was going to spare you continued embarrassment..but hey, your someone needed the clarification. I still have my parking meter stubs if you want to press further. The recorders office repeatedly asked for your outfits name..National Association of Family Services. It’s not there. Never was.Hope it will be soon.Rooting for you Cassie..you’ve kept your promise to get back to me. Thank you.You said Next Week right? It was the Lawyers after all?No-way near ‘Best Practice’.So, here is my original post with the words someone felt was needed for clarification in extra big letters spelled out.I was at the time trying for brevity and thought peers reading could make the leap. Sheesh..…Still woking on getting this trust done.Quite the several hold ups. Very frustrating.Severals calls on my part.Staff are sincere but not getting anywhere.Time expended and twice my physically going to the County Courthouse Center WHERE THE RECORDERS OFFICE IS to hear ‘Trust not filed’.I was charged and paid the filing fees over a month and a half ago.I called again today and I spoke with Cassie and believe sincerely that she will reach me next week with the solution.Fingers crossed.Until completed, I withdraw and hold my recommendation because my experiences of the stress of it all.

Was a little skeptical at first, because of the price. My wife and went to the presentation and it was very informative, , so well informative we signed up to get started on our Living Trust. We are going thru the process now and will update our review when we are finished.

My telephone experiences with NAFS are always pleasant. The telephone representatives always try to be helpful. Monica, whom I spoke with today, is no exception. She was very responsive and helpful, as well. She forwarded my question to two different FASF entities to ensure that I receive an update on my trust status. My only complaint is that the telephone sound quality was very poor today. I had to ask Monica to repeat the information several times, whereas with all previous FASF phone calls, I haven't had that problem before. I was pleased and happy that Monica was very patient with me throughout the process.

I gave them 2 stars because they talked a good game but sounded fishy... The woman wanted us to scan their icon. No one had the time or thought to check them out before they gave them FULL ACCESS to their phone. People need to understand that this is NOT an education class. It is a sit down infomercial to get you to sign up for their services. We were supposed to send $599 to them with a promise we could get it back for the asking. I was done.. This is the LAST financial seminar I will go to.

I signed up for a living trust…the NAFS were good contacting you in the strat of the process but once they turnover you to the lawyers that they said have in business with you will treated as a nobody. My living trust started April and up to this point I have not received my paperwork. They claim that it is not their responsibility of the living trust documents but for the lawyers. Then if they are not responsible for it why make them as a business partners. Nobody will return your call and the Supervisor were rude and telling you that you need to chase the UPS people for not getting your documents…My living trust was also registered to the city under a wrong last name…this is still on going and to the point that I am planning to report it to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest think twice before you signed up….

The critical review comments are astounding. They reveal a recurring theme of wrong doing. The critical comments provide a common thread indicating there seems to be truth in what the critical reviewers are stating about this business organization. WHY IS THE BUSINESS (NAFS Inc) NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF THESE CRITICAL COMMENTS? All this makes one wonder if this is a scam. The only way to find out the company-side is for them to respond to each comment. The lack of response in itself might be an indication of some truth in critical reviews. The media or class action lawsuit lawyers will have a field day with this one. 🙂 To NAFS: Please respond to every comment so that we could find out your side of the story. I plan to attend and purchase your services if I hear your side or your response to these critical comments.

Writing this as I attended with my parents as I went to translate for them. We attended the webinar and my parents purchased there with them as they said the code would only work in the webinar. I was hesitant after so we looked them up and saw all the negative reviews. Truthfully so my parents started to reach out they would say they would call back for an appointment the next day. They never called back and my parents were not able to make a living trust. Do not purchase from these people it is a scam! 599 dollars to waste. The speaker in the webinar says everything you want to hear. Do not fall for this scam.

I’m so glad that I reviewed this company. Was looking for an idea of what it would cost to do a trust. I know my parents paid around $2500-$5000 in the 80s to have their living trust Dunn at a lawyer in Newport Beach he was well recommended And it was a very easy process to go through as they passed away, and to ask questions and to update the policy if needed we didn’t have any problems because we come from aClose Family And there were no squabble at all. I’m glad I read the reviews on this place. I would suggest that you take a look at them. It’s more of a high-pressure prep prep sales technique than actually to just give you information. I’m planning on attending after signing up.

I have been a notary for this company for over 8 years and have my own trust with them! They do an EXCELLENT job and the price cannot be beat! Call them and get this especially if you own a house or your loved ones will be stuck in probate and lose part of their inheritance to legal fees and court costs for the probate! It will be money well spent to get a trust with this company!

Robert Hodges trust presentation on June 26, 2024 in Danville CA was excellent. I've been in Supply Chain Management my entire career and I am always suspicious of salespeople. Rob was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and took the time to answer numerous questions. I did not feel any pressure to sign up at all. In fact, I mentioned to my wife prior to going, that I was just getting the info but was not going to sign up. I signed up and my family is delighted. I am not expecting the same level of service that I was quoted by 2 Danville Attorneys asking $3500-$4500 for a straightforward trust and that's ok.

I am already experiencing horrible customer service and I only scheduled the Consultation, and I have yet to go through the process. The initial Presentation was great and the speaker was very knowledgeable and painted everything beautifully and I was skeptical because of how cheap it was. I was scared to commit because it sounded to good to be true. Well, I ended up caving in, and just to get the initial consultation appointment, it has taken me a whole week because when you call NOBODY answers and you ALWAYS have to leave a message. I finally was able to get a LIVE person and she couldn't even help me. She said someone was going to call me back that same day and NOONE ever called me back. By this time, I had started feeling the instant regret of my decision. This was the perfect example of YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!! Today, I was able to make an appointment and the guy on the line said he was going to send me an email after we hung up with instructions and Lo AND BEHOLD............NO EMAIL!!!! He was rushing me on the phone and seemed anxious to get me off the line. I seriously feel like asking for a refund because I'd rather pay than get this kind of customer service. Then I came on here for the reviews and saw all the horrible reviews and started blaming myself for not looking at these before. I was already getting ready to refer them to other people that I know, and that would have been a huge mistake. I will be updating my review as the next process approaches. WISH ME LUCK!!!!!UPDATE: 6/4/2024Today I received a very pleasant call from a lady named Kristina Brown who apologized for my experience and was very reassuring that I would be taken care of and that this would not happen again. I felt very at ease and I am feeling much better about my decision. The fact that someone actually took the time to apologize and acknowledge my concerns was huge on their part and they definitely deserve a second chance. More updates to come. Changing to 4 stars!!! Thank you Kristine!!!!Update: 6/18/2024So, after receiving the call from Kristine I thought the issue would be fixed considering her promise of making this process run smoother from now on and that was untrue. As I’m writing this at 10:30 am with an attorney appointment for 10:00 am, I am still waiting for a call. I called them directly to see what the hold up is and of course I get a voicemail because no one ever answers. This is seriously a Joke and for something so important I feel like it’s being treated by clowns. I’m seriously considering a refund and paying more to get this done in a professional and important manner.1 STAR ⭐️Update: 8/12/2024After our last appointment which was originally on a specific date and time, and I had rescheduled it, but they never changed it on their end, everything else ran smoother and we received our documents. I am changing my review to.3 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anybody stupid enough to sign up with this outfit for a living trust on the spot 1) have not read the spate of one-star, bitter reviews from bilked customers and 2) will get exactly what they deserve for believing this pitch. I attended one of 5 seminars announced for the Conejo Valley last month via a postcard. There were at least 30 people in attendance. The moderator, a glib talker, passed out QR cards after his speech. It entitled the attendee to fill out the application on their phones for $599, a price good only during the seminar. When I asked the guy if I could hold off a day or two to think about it, he insisted I give the card back. I would say that at least 25 of the 30 people in the room dutifully entered their cc or debit card information. Let's see, 5 seminars x 25 @ $599 = almost $75K. Nice haul for a week's work. And that was just for my area. This outfit gives seminars weekly all over California. Did anybody who signed onto this grift think through the resources required to execute this level of estate planning for just the group of people who signed up over the last week? Add to that those poor suckers still attempting to get their documents prepared accurately and in a timely fashion after months of delays, excuses and inaccuracies. For those of you planning to attend tonight @ 6:30 @ The Original Pizza Cookery @ 75 T.O. Blvd my advice to you is don't.

Horrible experience, you get what you pay for. We did not get all the services that were offered. 6 months later still Deed of trust change not made and now they are auto charging $19.99 to my credit card when I never agreed to this service. You can never get anyone to talk to and no replies to emails.

If you are looking to buy a Living Trust, look no further! This is the company to use!! You can attend a seminar in your area or watch the video on their website! Both are excellent in explaining why you need a Living Trust, what Probate is all about, and they walk you through exactly what they offer, the process they use and what is expected of you should you become a member. I went to the seminar, and my husband and I signed up on the spot! Before I told other people about using their services, I wanted to make sure their video was as informational as their seminar. The only difference between the two is that one has a live presenter, more personal stories to tell, and the other is a recording. And, they only charge $599 for everything!!! I have been checking around, and attorneys in my area charge $3,000 for the same thing, plus changes are extra! Don't hesitate! You won't be disappointed! And, NO, I'm not being paid to say this. I was just that impressed. I want to spread the word!

Robert Hodges is a creep, very rude and unfriendly. All he wants from you is to enroll, so he can get his cut. He wants you to enroll during the seminar or you cannot enroll. No time to decide if they are the right company for you. There are other online companies for a lot less fee to do the same.

I went to the seminar in Fairfield Ca, the presentation was done by Robert Hodges and he was a really good sales person. Two months later I have received nothing but a phone call by an alleged attorney that asked me some questions and stated that I would receive an email within a day or two and to follow the instructions.I have not received anything as of now, don’t feel good about buying into this services. Beware!!!!!

Biggest waste of money ever! I started this process in May (2023), thought it would be a super simple one for them, and it's now 8/31/23. After the first several weeks went by I asked for my money back. Then after speaking with Rob Johnson who apologized profusely, I decided to let them proceed and just get it done. (I NEEDED it done because I was leaving the country shortly.) Days later, the notary fails to call at the appointed time and I have to wait 2 days to be rescheduled. After that appointment takes place, I receive an email stating "Document Set Complete", yet when I scroll through all the documents, I find a page requiring my signature that did not get signed. Two emails, several phone calls, and 5 hours later, all I get is the run around. Telling me I can just sign that page when I get the hard copy in a few days. Why can't they just resend the document so I can e-sign that page? So unprofessional! If you choose to use them based on the price tag, BEWARE. How I wish I'd read the reviews first. The guy doing the seminars is a good salesman. Now I wonder if he has any idea how disorganized and inept this outfit truly is.

We went to their seminar in hopes of getting help to set up our trust. After they received our money we got 2 phone calls. No person to person to help understand what we were doing to set up our trust. Good luck getting someone on the phone. Everything is by email . Not happy with them and feel it was a waste of money. Not professional at all.

This company is a scam. They indicate there are no hidden fees however after initial payment of $600 they told me I had to pay an additional $100 to finish the living trust. Then I was told I would have to pay an additional $120 for recording fees and notary. We started the process on March 14, 2023. I have left several messages asking when my living trust will be finished however they do not return calls. This is the worst experience with a company I have had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Follow up service is not good. I only met with one person after signing up. I really don’t know if my paperwork is complete or not. I don’t know if any changes have been made. I’m not happy with my purchase. I would have preferred that someone walked me through everything and confirmed that I did the paperwork correct. I’m not really sure where I stand right now. Based on my experience so far I would not recommend.

Best Deal out there if you're looking to finally do a Living Trust! They make very easy with all the support you need and at a very reasonable cost compared to an attorney or similar service. National Association was recommended to me from a friend whom I value and trust completely! You won't regret it if you go with them.

I attended a seminar a few years ago. I was impressed with how informative and organized it was. Everyone participated in the Q&A. My friend and I decided to do our trusts. National Association has followed up with the annual reviews, no need to follow up yourself. I’ve been satisfied with all representative's who have come to my home to review.

I am happy to have completed a Living Trust and feel secure that my wishes and assets will be handled properly when I am gone. Nothing has changed, and so nothing new to report. The process was seamless. The representative spent a lot of time with us in our home asking questions so we got the trust correct. It came to us in a nice bound folder. They call to review our trust annually. They have also been helpful with answering questions about investments. We purchased a 2nd property and added that property into our trust for only $100. I highly recommend this service. The entire trust was only $599 just as they said it would be. No added costs.

We started working on our trust in Nov with this group. They were very responsive and quick to take our money at the start. However, once we got going it's been a nightmare. We met over the phone with the lawyer and gave very clear, simple details for our trust. When they sent the email to review the names of who would be fulfilling what role in the trust, it was completely out of order. Even with everything typed out for them, it took about 6 tries for them to get it right. Afterwards we never heard from them to set up a time to notarize the trust. I called them after the holidays in January (2 months of no word from them). Couldn't get a hold of anyone. We left a voicemail. They called back while we weren't at work so we tried to reach them again and still haven't heard back from them. We've called their office during their posted office hours 3 or 4 times and can't get a call back. It's been 5 months at this point and we can't finalize this trust. Save yourself the headache and find another group to complete you estate plans with.

Not happy with this service. When calling, always told this is not us it is the lawyer or the notary or someone else. took weeks of me following up to get the notary set up, this after 6 emails back and forth to correct an issue. "ROBO mails very confusing, and a waste of my time spent trying to answer, to be told "oh don't worry those are bot mails that don't need answering. Notary appointment text was in wrong time zone. Also, advertisement states all costs included, INCLUDING transfer of deed to the trust. I received an additional 69.00 charge for the deed transfer. I was asked to give a review earlier and I would get a response. No response has been given. I am not surprised.

When I wanted to set up my trust and will for my survivors, I went to several seminars and private consultations (about 8). What I found is that this is generally a highly marked up pricing, canned legal document. NAFS cuts the fat and gets you what you need for an affordable price. I've been with NAFS 3 years now and have my annual review twice. I'm very happy. Thanks NAFS for not overcharging me.

Creating a Family Trust is something we have always wanted to do - but it takes time and a good deal of understanding. NAFS sends someone to your home for personalize service and follows-up yearly to keep us on track. I appreciate their follow-through. This company prepared our Living Trust, and followed up to make sure we understood what putting assets in the Trust entailed. It also includes changes that may need to be done from time to time. Excellent value for the product, and an annual check in call to see if we need any updates or have any questions.Thank you.

It was very easy to work with them. Their price was very reasonable compared to many others who sometimes were quoting more than a few thousand for the same work.I attended the seminar and agreed to work with them to help me.They followed up with all the details and hekoed me complete all the forms needed and sent a Notary Public to our home to sign the final papers. It was very very easy to get this done.I would highly recommend them.Suneel

Fair price (attorney wanted 2,000). Response time was good, documentation and explanation was good. A rep stopped by after a few years to review what was done and give advice how to better use the trust (at no cost). It is working fine for me.

I joined only for the living trust preparation, as it was the best value I have found. The process was painless, the home notary visit was excellent. The followup visits I didn't find helpful as there was a sales element that was of no interest to me. Likewise, I chose not to continue my membership after the trust docs were done. All in all, a great value.

I don't know why others say this is a scam. I attended their seminar and I signed up and paid for it. Then I saw some bad reviews about them, so I thought omg I was scammed. I did not read the reviews before. But I was wrong. I understand that NAFS is the marketing people and Beneficial Legal is the company that prepares the living trust. When the trust was prepared, they sent a notary who gave us the trust in a nice binder, with different sections. It's been a year now and I did not have a problem with them. In the seminar they said that the amendment to the trust is included in the amount that you paid. I have already faxed them 3 request to amend my living trust and so far, after I faxed the request, I have an amended trust the same day. And I did not have to pay a penny. They also have Puritan which is now Peak Financial and they come to the house to review the living trust. P.S. They are the ones that my trustees can call when something happens to me and my spouse. I give them thumbs up. My trust was a restated trust of the one I had years ago and when I asked the original legal services, they are charging an arm and a leg to do the amendment.
