Full-Time Customer Service Department

We maintain a full time department to address any questions or concerns our members might have about their Plan. Member satisfaction is the key to our success.

Full-Time Billing Department

If our members would like to discuss a billing or accounting issue, they will be directed to an individual who will personally address and follow-up regarding the matter.
